Dr. Kwaku Arhin-Sam is the Director of the Friedensau Institute for Evaluation (FIFE) and a Lecturer at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Friedensau Adventist University. A specialist in international migration and development, he integrates expertise in global development, sociology, education, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic management.

- Founder of Centre for Return and i-Migration (CRIM), Ghana
His research spans migration governance, return/reintegration, diasporas, and policy analysis across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. Recent projects include EU-Niger migration partnerships and socio-political assessments in Germany.
Scientific contributions include peer-reviewed works on ECOWAS mobility, gender in climate-resilient aquaculture, and Ghana-EU migration dynamics. He supervises research on migration, gender, and humanitarian policy but names of students remain unspecified.
