Kristin Baese is an Associate Professor in the College of Education at Lipscomb University. She holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Teaching (2007), MEd in Educational Leadership (2013), and EdD in Leadership, Policy and Organizations (2017) from Lipscomb and Vanderbilt University respectively. Her current work focuses on increasing teacher diversity through grant programs.
Research interests include educational leadership, policy, and initiatives promoting diverse teacher representation. She has experience in K-12 education in Memphis and Nashville before returning to Lipscomb. Personal interests include family adventures with her husband Jon and twin sons Rowan and Otto.
