Kristi McCusker is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Law and Justice, Charles Sturt University, Bathurst, and principal of KMC Legal in Bathurst, NSW. With over 15 years of legal practice specializing in personal injury law, she serves on the Law Society of NSW's Injury Compensation Committee and represents the Society on the Workers Compensation Commission User Group since 2017.
