Kurt Young serves as a Lecturer in Law at the University of Toledo College of Law, leveraging his 31 years of specialized practice in Ohio Workers' Compensation Law. Certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Board Certified Specialist, he has argued over 19,000 hearings before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and litigated cases across Courts of Common Pleas, District Courts of Appeals, and the Ohio Supreme Court.
