Jacqueline R. Clare

Jacqueline R. Clare is an Adjunct Professor at Campbell Law School, where she teaches Mediation Advocacy. She has a distinguished career as a full-time mediator since 1993, having mediated over 3,000 cases in areas such as workers’ compensation, personal injury, business, bankruptcy, and medical malpractice. She holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent peer review rating.

Her research and professional interests focus on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, legal ethics, and improving access to justice. She has authored the first edition of Alternative Dispute Resolution in North Carolina: A New Civil Procedure and contributed to professional publications.
