Kristen David Adams is a Professor at Stetson University College of Law, where she has served since 2000. Her work bridges Commercial Law, International Business Transactions, and Law and Literature, with a focus on the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).

Adams is an Elected Member of the American Law Institute and President of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers. She previously served as Chair of the UCC Committee and Liaison to the Permanent Editorial Board for the UCC, and is active in the American Bar Association Commission on Homelessness and Poverty.
