Krista Isaacs is an Assistant Professor in International Seed Systems at Michigan State University's Department of Plant, Soil and Microbial Sciences within the College of Agriculture & Natural Resources. Her work focuses on enhancing seed access for smallholder farmers in Africa and Latin America through participatory approaches integrating crop ecology, gender analysis, and qualitative methods. She teaches courses on Seed and Grain Quality and Agricultural Ecology.
