Krishnamurthy Sriramesh serves as Professor of Public Relations in the Department of Advertising, Public Relations and Design at the University of Colorado Boulder. With an extensive international career, he has taught at 10 universities across North America, Asia, Australasia, and Europe while delivering seminars in over 40 countries. His academic appointments include Honorary Professor at the University of Stirling (2013-2016), Recognized Doctoral Supervisor at Henley Business School, University of Reading (2006-2012), and Honorary Advisor of Fudan University's International Public Relations Research Center (2005-2011).
Dr. Sriramesh's research program centers on global public relations, culture and public relations, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and public relations for development. A bibliometric analysis in Public Relations Review identified him among the top five most cited public relations scholars globally for 1983-2019. His scholarly output includes 8 edited/co-edited books and over 120 articles and book chapters, establishing foundational contributions to cross-cultural PR theory and practice.
His exceptional contributions have earned numerous prestigious accolades:
- Pathfinder Award (2004) from Institute of Public Relations (USA) for "original scholarly research contributing to the public relations body of knowledge"

Page Society on the Commission on Public Relations Education (CPRE) since 2016.
