Konstantina Bania is a Senior Lecturer in Commercial and Private Law at Brunel Law School, part of the College of Business, Arts and Social Sciences at Brunel University London. She specializes in competition law, tech regulation, and media law, with a focus on digital markets and platform regulation. Her expertise has influenced legal reforms at institutions like the European Commission and the BBC, while also serving as a private practitioner advising multinational entities in the digital economy.
