Kish Bhatti-Sinclair is a Professor of Social Policy and Social Work at the University of Chichester. She has held leadership roles including Head of Social Work and Social Care and Acting Head, contributing to curriculum development, research governance, and national policy through organizations like Social Work England and the Department of Health and Social Care.

Recent publications emphasize decolonizing practice (2022), group localized CSE (2020), and international placement factors (2012). Her funded work includes child exploitation, sleep deprivation in social care, and Covid-19 impacts on BME staff.
She has supervised PhD candidates on topics like harmful sexual behavior, food poverty, and workforce diversity, while serving on national committees such as the UK Joint University Council Social Work Education Committee and Social Care Workforce Race Equality Standard Advisory Group.
