Kiran Kaur is a Lecturer at the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, De Montfort University's Faculty of Business and Law. Her work focuses on family business dynamics, ethnic entrepreneurship, and SMEs. She is affiliated with the Centre for Enterprise and Innovation and actively contributes to teaching in Research Methods and Global Contemporary Business Issues.
