King Men Teoh is a Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Oslo’s Department of Private Law, affiliated with the Faculty of Law. Her research focuses on regulatory frameworks for electric vehicle batteries within sustainable circular economies and net-zero energy transitions in Norway and the EU. She holds an LLB from the University of Liverpool (with a second-class upper distinction) and an LLM in International Law from the University of Oslo, specializing in environmental and climate law. Notably, her Master’s thesis addressed climate litigation’s role in holding governments accountable for climate action.
