Kimberly Wade-Benzoni is a Professor of Management & Organizations and Center for Leadership and Ethics Scholar at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Her research focuses on intergenerational decision-making, ethics, and environmental sustainability, with notable contributions to legacy motives and organizational behavior. She has held leadership roles including service on the Duke University Academic Council and editorial boards of top journals like the Academy of Management Review. Education: PhD and MS from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management; B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
