Kimberley Aarts serves as a Lecturer-Researcher at the Faculty of Management and Business, Leiden University of Applied Sciences, specializing in the Commercial Economics program. She recently joined the Knowledge Centre for Applied Broad Prosperity to advance research on holistic societal well-being beyond economic metrics.

Kimberley's research focuses on redefining prosperity through interdisciplinary lenses, integrating business economics with public sector challenges. As an educator, she teaches Purpose-Driven Research and Market Research 2 to first- and second-year students while supervising fourth-year graduation projects.
