Khaled Ksaibati is a Professor in the Department of Civil & Architectural Engineering at the University of Wyoming, College of Engineering and Physical Sciences. He serves as the Director of the Wyoming Technology Transfer Center and coordinates the WYDOT Certification Program, playing a key role in advancing transportation knowledge across the state.
