Dr. Khadija Al Arkoubi is an Associate Professor of Management at the Pompea College of Business (University of New Haven), where she serves as Acting Chair of the Department of Management and International Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from New Mexico State University, an M.S. in Human Resource Management from the University of Manchester, and a B.S. in Information Sciences from the School of Information Sciences in Rabat, Morocco.

Her research focuses on spirituality in leadership, diversity and inclusion, sustainable development, and international human resource management. She has published extensively in journals like the International Journal of Human Resource Management, The Case Journal, and Journal of Business Ethics, with recent work examining DEI in post-pandemic workplaces, women's leadership in Morocco, and career resilience. She has won the Outstanding Teaching (2016) and Service Awards (2017) at the Pompea College of Business and received the MSR Division’s Most Promising Dissertation Award from the Academy of Management.
