Kevin Willison is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Sociology and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies at Lakehead University's Orillia Campus. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Health Sciences from the University of Toronto, an M.A. in Sociology from Lakehead University, and an HBA in Sociology from Queen's University. His academic career spans over 15 years, with extensive contributions to health sociology, aging, and interprofessional education.
Willison's research focuses on health care services research, social determinants of health, and the application of fuzzy logic in sociological methodologies. He has developed curricula for universities and colleges, including courses on pandemic sociology, gerontology, and research methods.
