Kaitlin Adduono is a Lecturer at the School of Nursing, Lakehead University, with affiliations to Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre as a Registered Nurse. She has been actively contributing to academia and healthcare since 2013.

Her research focuses on critical care delirium, diabetes health, and optimizing care practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has held clinical and instructional roles at Lakehead University since 2015 and has been a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre since 2013.
Kaitlin has served in diverse capacities including Clinical Instructor and Lead, Lab Instructor and Lead, and Clinical Coordinator at Lakehead University's School of Nursing (2015-2020). She was a Professor at Confederation College's School of Health, Negahneewin and Community Services (2020-2022) and a Sessional Lecturer at Lakehead University (2020).
Community involvement includes serving as a Children's Centre Foundation Board Member (2022-present) and volunteering as a Nurse in Polyclinic at the Special Olympics Canada Winter Games (2020). Her work bridges academic instruction and frontline healthcare practice.
