Kevin Newburg is an Associate Teaching Professor at Drew Theological School, Drew University, where he has been affiliated for 18 years since enrolling in his PhD program. His academic work focuses on the History of Christianity, Methodist Studies, and Liturgical Studies, with a strong emphasis on bridging theoretical theological concepts with practical ministry applications, such as baptism, marriage, and funerals.
