Kevin J Lowden is a Senior Research Fellow at the Robert Owen Centre for Educational Change within the University of Glasgow’s School of Education. He specializes in partnership working, collaborative action research, and educational equity. His research focuses on policy-practice intersections, particularly in STEM education, leadership, and systemic reform. A member of What Works Scotland and Scottish Work Package leader for the EU-funded YOUNG_ADULLLT project, he has led over 40 national/international research initiatives.

Research Interests: Partnership working, equity-driven education, leadership development, STEM initiatives, technology-enhanced learning, and collaborative action research methodologies.
