Kevin Basile is an Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator in the Physician Assistant Program at Arcadia University, where he has served since 2018. He also holds the position of Associate Program Director for Didactic Education and teaches Human Anatomy, Evidence Based Medicine, Professional Practice, and Diagnostics/Clinical Skills while facilitating Physical Diagnosis labs.
His educational qualifications include:
- MD in Medicine from Oceania University of Medicine
- MS in Physical Therapy from Touro College
- MS in Exercise Physiology from University of Delaware
- BS in Kinesiology from University of Maryland
Dr. Basile's primary research centers on medical education technology, specifically the utilization of the Anatomage Virtual Dissection Table for teaching anatomy to medical science students. His clinical expertise spans physical medicine, rehabilitation, and exercise physiology with extensive hands-on experience in patient care.
Prior to Arcadia, he served as adjunct faculty at Lebanon Valley College's Physical Therapy Program teaching Exercise Physiology and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. He formerly owned and operated an aquatic and physical rehabilitation center in Southeastern Pennsylvania, demonstrating practical application of his clinical knowledge.
