Kerstin Vaughn is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Theatre and Dance at the College of Wooster. She holds an MFA in Performance and Pedagogy from Texas Tech University, focusing on inclusive pedagogy, somatics, voice/speech techniques, and directing. Her work emphasizes expressive movement and vocal energy in storytelling, informed by studies in intimacy choreography, Japanese Butoh dance, and Laban-Bartenieff Movement Analysis.
Recent roles include directing Julius Caesar at Texas A&M Commerce (teaching intermediate acting), Hairspray (Moonlight Musicals), Anansi the Spider (Lexington Children’s Theatre), and The Box of Stories (National High School Institute at Northwestern University).
