Cheryl Clark is a Senior Lecturer at The New School's College of Performing Arts, specializing in dance, movement therapy, and performance studies. She holds certifications as a Certified Movement Analyst (CMA) and Registered Dance Movement Therapist (R-DMT). Her work bridges physical expression and psychological processes in both stage and daily life contexts.
Teaching roles include senior instructorships at the Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies (NY and Taiwan) and Wagner College. She teaches courses such as Movement Fundamentals and The Performer's Body - Laban at The New School, focusing on Laban principles, anatomy, and somatic practices. Past courses include Performing Arts Core: I&C and The Performer's Body - Laban.
