Kerry Krutilla is a Professor at Indiana University's Paul H. O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and a Faculty Affiliate of the Ostrom Workshop, specializing in benefit-cost analysis for environmental and energy policy applications including air pollution, climate regulations, and natural resource management.

Professor Krutilla's research addresses theoretical and practical challenges in intergenerational discounting, greenhouse gas pricing methodologies, and distributional accounting frameworks. He maintains extensive consulting engagements with the World Bank, Environmental Defense Fund, U.S. federal agencies (USAID, State, Energy, Agriculture), and international governments including Brazil's Ministry of Transportation and Vietnam's Ministry of Planning and Development.
