Kent Roach is a Professor of Law at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and a leading scholar in constitutional law, criminal justice, and counter-terrorism. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Criminal Law Quarterly since 1998 and has held visiting professorships at institutions including the University of New South Wales and National University of Singapore.
