Dr. Kenneth Moore is a Distinguished Professor in Agronomy at Iowa State University, affiliated with the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. He holds a B.S. from Arizona State University and advanced degrees from Purdue University. His research focuses on biomass crops, cropping systems, and perennial groundcovers for sustainable agriculture. He has led major projects like CenUSA and developed the MS Agronomy distance program. Moore has served as President of the Crop Science Society of America and American Society of Agronomy. His awards include ASA’s Carl Sprengel Research Award and AAAS Fellow status.
