Dr. Lisa Schulte Moore is a Professor in the Department of Natural Resource Ecology and Management at Iowa State University (ISU). She holds distinguished roles as Co-Director of the Bioeconomy Institute and Director of C-CHANGE, an interdisciplinary initiative addressing sustainable agricultural systems. Her work emphasizes integrating continuous living cover and prairie strips into agricultural landscapes to enhance ecosystem services while supporting rural economies. Schulte Moore is a Leopold Leadership Program Fellow, Ecological Society of America Fellow, MacArthur Fellow, and recipient of the AAAS Fellow distinction (2024).
