Kenisha Linton is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Greenwich Business School. Her research examines equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in organizational contexts.
Collaborating with police services, NHS, and educational institutions, she develops evidence-based frameworks for inclusive workplaces. As a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, she integrates EDI principles into management curriculum design.
