Kendall Thomas is the Nash Professor of Law at Columbia Law School, specializing in comparative constitutional law, human rights, and critical race theory. He co-founded the Center for the Study of Law and Culture and the movement Amend the 13th to abolish prison labor. His interdisciplinary work bridges law with gender studies, philosophy, and social justice.
