Evangeline Sarda

Evangeline Sarda is an Associate Clinical Professor and Director of the Prosecution Clinic at Boston College Law School, where she has taught since 1995. She also co-directs the Criminal Legal Clinic and teaches courses on Critical Race Theory, leadership, and social justice. Her work focuses on systemic dynamics of race, gender, and power within legal systems, integrating experiential learning and group relations theory.

Her research explores unconscious dynamics of authority, leadership, and social identity in legal systems. She has organized annual conferences like Authority, Power and Justice: Leadership for Change and developed workshops addressing intersectionality, race, and belonging in organizational contexts.

Professional service includes roles as faculty director of LEAPS (Leaders Entering and Advancing Public Service) and leadership training in multiple countries including England, Peru, Italy, France, and China. Her work bridges clinical legal education with systems psychodynamic theory to foster transformative leadership in justice systems.
