Kelsie Fletcher

Kelsie Fletcher is a Lecturer in Nursing at the University of the Sunshine Coast's School of Health. With extensive clinical experience in trauma, emergency, and intensive care nursing, her research focuses on disaster management and humanitarian response.

Research interests include:

• Disaster nursing roles and strategic management
• Military nursing and deployment experiences
• Post-traumatic stress in healthcare workers
• Advanced clinical practice in crisis situations

Her publications examine the historical development of disaster nursing and changing roles of clinical practitioners during the COVID-19 pandemic.
