Dr Kelly Bogue is a Research Fellow at the Research Centre for Peace and Security, serving since 2017, and previously the Postgraduate Research Tutor (2018–2023). She holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Manchester (2017), focusing on UK welfare reforms like the 'Bedroom Tax,' culminating in her book The Divisive State of Social Policy (2019). Her work emphasizes ethnographic methods to analyze policy impacts on housing, austerity, and societal divisions.
