Kellie Vincent

Dr. Kellie Vincent is the current Head of the Department of Business at Ravensbourne University London. Previously, she held roles as Head of Strategy and Management and Associate Dean (Teaching, Learning, and Student Experience) at the University of Bedfordshire. She served as MBA Director at the University of Westminster, where she redesigned the program to focus on boardroom-based learning, and at Oxford Brookes University, where the MBA program was globally ranked 5th for distance/online learning. Her career transitioned from industry roles in food, market research, and consultancy into academia, starting as a further education tutor and Course Team Author at the Open University Business School while completing her PhD on consumer-brand relationships. She also worked as Publishing Manager at BPP Learning Media, authoring over 50 study texts and managing professional qualification programs. Her global academic engagements span Africa, India, Oman, Jordan, Russia, and Uzbekistan.

Dr. Vincent’s research focuses on supporting student success, boardroom dynamics, corporate psychopaths, branding, and organizational/consumer interactions. Her career bridges academic leadership, educational innovation, and industry partnerships, with expertise in distance learning and professional qualifications. She holds a BSc (Hons), MSc, PhD, and PGCE.
