Professor Keitha Dunstan currently serves as Provost at Bond University, overseeing academic, research, learning and teaching strategies. She leads initiatives including the Transformation CoLab, Bond University College programs, and Microcredential Unit. A Fellow of CPA Australia and seasoned academic administrator with 28 years of experience, she has held leadership roles across three universities and government agencies.

- Former Head of School of Business at Bond University (2009-2012)
- Research Professor at Victoria University of Wellington (2000-2006)
Her research focuses on corporate governance, business leadership diversity, and financial accounting, with particular emphasis on governance frameworks, disclosure practices, and ethical auditing. Her work spans New Zealand, Australia, and developing economies in Asia-Pacific.
As a thought leader, she has contributed to adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards in New Zealand and established the Centre for Accounting, Governance and Taxation Research. Her editorial roles include co-editor of Pacific Accounting Review and advisory board member for Accounting and Finance.
