Dr. Harun Harun is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Accounting at the Singapore Business School, James Cook University (JCU). He holds a PhD in Accounting from the University of Waikato, New Zealand (2008–2012), and certifications including CPA Australia and tertiary teaching training. His research focuses on governance technologies (accounting/auditing), sustainability, financial literacy, and public-private partnerships. He has led projects funded by ASEAN Federation of Accountants, the Australian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and ANU Indonesia initiatives.
