Keith Richotte, Jr.

Keith Richotte, Jr. is the Director of the Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy (IPLP) Program and Professor of Law at the James E. Rogers College of Law, University of Arizona. He combines academic leadership with direct tribal judicial service, serving as Associate Justice on the appellate court of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians since 2009 and holding the Chief Justice role for the Spirit Lake Nation's appellate court.
