Keith Miller is the Ellis and Nelle Levitt Distinguished Professor of Law at Drake University's Drake Law School. He has been a faculty member since 1979 and holds expertise in Torts, Product Liability, Gaming Law, and Workers' Compensation. His professional background includes attorney roles at Lathrop, Koontz & Norquest and visiting professorships at the University of Wisconsin.
Education: LLM from the University of Michigan, JD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC Law Review), and a BA from UMKC. His research focuses on gaming law, sports wagering integrity, regulatory policy, and public health implications of gambling.
