Omeed Firouzi is a Practice Professor of Law and Director of the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic at Temple University Beasley School of Law. He specializes in representing low-income individuals in tax disputes with the IRS and other revenue departments. His work focuses on tax procedure, worker classification, and promoting tax justice.

Research & Advocacy: Firouzi researches tax policy and worker misclassification, contributing to publications like the ABA Tax Section’s guide. He hosts the Tax Justice Warriors podcast and advises on IRS fairness initiatives through his role on the IRS Advisory Council (2025–2028).
