Keith B. Gido

Keith B. Gido is University Distinguished Professor in the Division of Biology at Kansas State University. His research focuses on conservation of aquatic systems in the western and central US, examining effects of global change on stream ecosystems and non-coevolved fish assemblages.

Research areas include impacts of fragmentation, dewatering, and land use changes on fish communities in streams and reservoirs. His lab investigates patterns regulating species diversity in changing aquatic environments.
