Katrin Strodtkötter

Katrin Strodtkötter is a PhD candidate and scientific staff member at the University of Osnabrück, affiliated with the Department of Management Science in the School of Business Administration and Economics. She works under the Corporate Management group led by Prof. Dr. Julia Müller, focusing on key organizational themes.

Her research centers on digitalization, particularly its impact on corporate values; diversity, with emphasis on age diversity management; and trust versus control in economic and organizational contexts. These themes reflect contemporary challenges in corporate governance and leadership.

She has taught several university seminars, including a Proseminar in Leadership (B.Sc.), an Introductory Seminar in Business Management, and a Master’s Seminar. She actively supervises bachelor’s and master’s theses on topics such as participatory leadership in change processes and trust-control dynamics, and welcomes student proposals aligned with her research areas.

Katrin Strodtkötter is involved in ongoing research within the LaER (Research Ethics) framework and contributes to both teaching and research activities at the institute. She is based in room 29/109 at Rolandstraße 8, Osnabrück.
