Anne-Katrin Neyer

Prof. Dr. Anne-Katrin Neyer is a Full Professor and Chairholder of Human Resources Management and Business Governance at Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg. She leads the Master's program in Human Resources Management and focuses on HR-IT interfaces, organizational transformation, and AI-driven HR innovation. Her academic journey includes a PhD from Vienna University of Economics & Business (WU) and postdoctoral work at London Business School. She has held visiting roles at the University of Melbourne and Aarhus University.

Research interests span cooperative systems, virtual teams, innovation processes, and hybrid work creativity. She co-founded the AI-HR Lab to explore AI's role in HR and diversity. Notable achievements include the 2022 UNICUM Professor of the Year award and leadership roles in EURAM and Women in AI (WAI). She currently advises doctoral students and leads research teams in organizational spaces and digital transformation.
