Katrin Schmelz

Katrin Schmelz is a Complexity Postdoctoral Fellow at the Santa Fe Institute and holds dual fellowships from Omidyar Network and EPE. A behavioral economist and psychologist, her research examines how incentives, controls, culture, and institutions shape individual motivation and behavior, with recent applications to public health and climate policy.
