Katie Louras is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan Law School, where she serves as a Clinical Instructor in the Juvenile Justice Clinic. Her work focuses on child advocacy, family law, and public interest litigation.

- MS in Teaching from Pace University
- Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude and serving as a senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
Professional Background: Before joining the University of Michigan, Louras worked as a family defense attorney in Manhattan with the Center for Family Representation and as a staff attorney in Boston with the Committee for Public Counsel Services. She also taught elementary school in the Bronx through Teach For America prior to law school.
