Dr. Katerina Hill is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Director of the R.M. 'Bob' Wood Sales Leadership Center at Arkansas State University’s Neil Griffin College of Business. She plays a pivotal role in advancing sales education and research, leading a top-ranked sales program recognized by the Sales Education Foundation and affiliated with the University Sales Center Alliance.
Her research focuses on business-to-business sales, emotional intelligence, improvisation, and buyer-seller dynamics. She has published in prominent journals such as the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Relationship Marketing, and Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice. Through the Sales Leadership Center, she teaches Professional Selling, Sales Planning and Management, Advanced Sales, and Category Management, shaping future sales leaders.
Dr. Hill earned her Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Mississippi in 2014. Prior to her academic career, she worked in banking, bringing practical industry experience to her teaching and research.
She has provided sales training to financial institutions and organizations in the Mid-South region, extending the impact of her expertise beyond the university. Under her leadership, Arkansas State’s sales program has gained national recognition.
