Katarzyna Dadańska

Dr. Katarzyna Dadańska is an Assistant Professor at the University of Szczecin's Faculty of Law and Administration, specializing in Property Law and International Private Law. She holds a doctoral degree in civil and commercial law from the same institution (2004), focusing on 'The Action of a Legal Person in Civil Law Relations.' Her academic contributions include a monograph on corporate legal actions and co-authorship of the 'Civil Code Commentary.'
