Dr. Szymon Słotwiński is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin, Poland. His research focuses on contract law, property law, civil law interactions with public law, and municipal property management, particularly regarding State Treasury and local government real estate transactions. He also explores new technologies, distributed energy, and crowdfunding in legal contexts.
Education: He earned his doctoral degree from the University of Szczecin in 2017 with a dissertation titled *"The legal status of electricity as a determinant of contractual relations in Polish private law,"* supervised by Professors Zbigniew Kuniewicz and Daniel Wacinkiewicz.
Teaching: He teaches civil law (obligations), general civil law, AI in civil law, competition/consumer protection law, and oversees diploma seminars. He also lectures in high school outreach programs, postgraduate studies, and training for legal practitioners.
Roles: Member of a research team on municipal economy, thematic editor for *Acta Iuris Stetinensis* (private law section), and coordinator of the Civil Law Section at the Student Legal Clinic since 2021.
