Dr. Daniel Dąbrowski is an Assistant Professor at the University of Szczecin’s Faculty of Law and Administration, specializing in Company Law, Transportation Law, and Consumer Law. He holds a doctorate in law from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (2009) and has been affiliated with the University of Szczecin since 2001. His research emphasizes corporate governance, multimodal transport conventions, and consumer rights protection, with significant contributions including the 2011 Golden Wings award-winning work on joint-stock company share acquisition. He has served in academic governance roles, including membership in the University Senate (2017–2020) and the Disciplinary Committee for Students (2020–2024), and actively participates in international legal initiatives such as the CMR Advisory Council Project. Teaching focuses on property law, commercial law, and legal clinics, with guest lectures at institutions in Montenegro, Cambodia, and Slovenia.
