Kamil Dąbrowski

Dr. Kamil Dąbrowski serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Szczecin's Faculty of Law and Administration. His academic focus includes constitutional law, European Union law, and legal professions, with research emphasizing the interplay between legal systems and the impact of constitutional/international/EU regulations on court proceedings and legal professional responsibilities. He holds a doctorate in law (2020) from the University of Szczecin, focusing on the legal status of public trust professions under Poland’s 1997 Constitution.

Teaching responsibilities include constitutional law, constitutional state structures, human rights protection in uniformed services, EU law, and international cooperation of security bodies. Professional roles beyond academia include serving as a Judge at the District Disciplinary Court (since 2020) and participation in faculty governance: membership in the Faculty Scientific Council, secretary of the Uniformed Services Law team, and member of the Law faculty team.

He completed Harvard University's HarvardX program on 'American Government: Constitutional Foundations.' His scholarly contributions include publications in academic journals and monographs analyzing legal system interactions and procedural standards.
