Katarzyna Adamska

Katarzyna Adamska is a Lecturer in the Department of Communication and Culture at BI Norwegian Business School, where she has been affiliated since 2015. Her research examines psychological and organizational dimensions of digital transformation, including:

• The role of learning-from-error climates in fostering work engagement.
