Christian Fieseler is a Professor at the Department of Communication and Culture at BI Norwegian Business School and founder of the Nordic Centre for Internet and Society. He holds a PhD in Management and Economics from the University of St. Gallen (2008), followed by postdoctoral research at Harvard University’s Berkman Center and Stanford University. His expertise spans digital transformation, corporate social responsibility, and social media’s impact on organizational identity. Fieseler’s research investigates how individuals and organizations adapt to digital disruptions, particularly in gig economies and algorithmic labor markets.
